Las Vegas might be known as Sin City, but you can trust there are many romantic attractions for loved ones to enjoy during a visit. So, if you want to keep the spark alive during a break to the popular city, check out the five romantic things to do in Las Vegas.
- Take a Vegas Balloon Ride
What could be more romantic than a romantic balloon ride overlooking the colorful city of Las Vegas. You will gain a birds-eye view of the beautiful city several hundred feet in the air as you make your way over the Las Vegas Strip and Red Rock Canyon. The hour-long experience is the perfect way to experience Vegas in all its glory, and you could even toast to an exciting adventure together with a glass of champagne once you land on solid ground.
- Say “I Do” at Little Church of the West
Happy couples have been saying “I do” at Little Church of the West since 1942. As it is the oldest building now located on the Las Vegas Strip, it has been placed on the National Registry of Historic Places – so you will marry in a church that’s steeped in romantic history. There’s no better place to marry your partner in Las Vegas.
- The Eiffel Tower Experience
The Eiffel Tower Experience is a stunning recreation of the iconic Paris landmark, and it is just as romantic as the beautiful structure. Unsurprisingly, it has become a popular site for proposals over the years, and it could be the perfect place to get down on bended knee to your partner, too. You can guarantee you will both fall in love of the 360-degree view of the city, as you’ll be 46 stories high above the city in the observation deck. You can also walk around to take photographs and declare your love for one another on the observation deck.
- Enjoy a Gondola Ride
You’ll feel like you are in the heart of Venice when you take a gondola ride at The Venetian. You and your partner will happily float your way through the Venetian streetscape as you travel along on an authentic Venetian gondola. That’s not all, a gondolier will also provide the perfect backdrop for romance, as he will serenade you with a classic Italian song, such as “That’s Amore”. Bring a camera along with you for the ride – or you could even have your photos taken by a professional photographer.
- View the Fountains of Bellagio
One of the most romantic attractions to visit in Vegas is the Fountains of Bellagio. Couples will adore the 1,200 fountains that span an incredible 1,000 feet across Lake Bellagio, which have been choreographed to reach the soaring heights of 460 feet. The beautiful fountains will dance to 32 songs, and each arrangement will have taken months to both develop and design. Just some of the songs it will dance to will include Elton John’s “Your Song” and Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On”. Experience the free and short shows from 3-8pm Monday to Friday, which will last for 30 minutes, and from noon to 8pm on Saturdays and holidays.
