The New Year’s hangover

I think today is more than Caturday, I think we all have the New Year’s hangover.

Pfieuw, do you know the feeling of a bad bad smotoage, a headack, dizzines etc. Well that’s what they call a hangover. God what a night! It was a night to remember and last forever.  Yes today is al about me, myself and the hangover. But maybe you can use this experience for your future caturday. You never know.

How to make it to the end of the day. For know on, I think sleeping…. But that’s no option, because my mother in law has become a year older.

Last week I bought a Nutri Bullet! It’s high-quality and very durable and easy to use. I really LOVE IT! The fruit and vegetables get’s smashed by the 600-watt motor. It is also perfect for take a way.

2 cups of spinace1 cup coconut milk

½ cup orange juice

1 large banana

½ cup pineapple

1 tablespoon of honey

1 cup of ice

New Years Resolutions

While I was blending, I thought about the New Years Resolutions again.

What’s in it for me?

2016 is your year, Sagittarius, to cultivate talents and skills that take you far and fast. It must be Intriguing rogue.

I always have so many good intentions, but I never make made them true! How to make a New Year’s resolution you won’t quit in a week. Nothing can spoil the start of a new year quite like a long list of promises you already know you are going to break. Bad start!

Lower your expectations. The less you expect the happier you will be.

There are moments that we’ll be disappointed anyway. Unfortunately those moments do exist. But keep up to good spirit. Be satisfied with the results you’ve made.




In the summer of 2016 I really want my Beach body back! Hard work pays of, so let’s do this!

First of all I need to change my lifestyle! No more MC Donalds or KFC for me. I am going to move more often than watching television. I am going to start with drinking more water.

Please do not forget to keep it realistic. It’s all about setting achievable, incremental targets and sticking to them. I take the stairs in stead of the elevator.

We can do this!! I will keep you posted. I hope I feel better in a few hours.
