Ways To Wear Peach Colors
Peach is a color that is named for the pale color of the exterior flesh of the peach fruit.
First off, find your shade. This will depend on your colouring – hair and skin – and you want a tone that works with, not against, it. If you’re pale (I am), an equally pale pink will wash you out (and potentially run the risk of being too nude-looking). Opt for something with a kick. And then add a red lip – just like Wilson did – to really amp it up. Suddenly pink isn’t just about being “pretty” anymore.
Next, commit to your shade – be it almost-nearly-but-not-quite red or purple; or be it so faint and dusty-dusky white or peach, the point is to wholeheartedly embrace pink, because that’s when it makes the most (and best) impact (see above). But stick to just one as opposed to colour-blocking yourself in varying degrees of – you’re not a Pantone colour chart after all. And if you do wear with another colour, it really should be another colour – mint green for pale pink has a pleasing and jarring quality, or red or teal for sharper shots.
I was wearing a Primark Faux Leather Skirt and A Metallic Crop Top From Zara. Essentially peach can be a bit of a fussy colour, so the key is to wear it fuss-free. Love Peach Colors!
